We help design, structure, and steer complex projects, from expansion and CAPEX programmes to integration and transformation initiatives, to ensure they are strategically aligned, well-governed, and successfully delivered.
Typical work includes clarifying objectives, structuring the project and governance, defining roadmaps and milestones, preparing and assisting with project financing, identifying and managing risks, and supporting execution as integrated teams, notably across the supply chain and commercial functions.
